Terms and Conditions

Orders can be placed via the website, email, or WhatsApp. Payment is required in advance via
PayPal or debit/credit card. Delivery within Austria and the EU. Withdrawal, returns, and
refunds are excluded for personalized products.

Privacy Policy

Personal data is used exclusively for processing orders. Data is not shared with third parties.

Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal within 14 days does not apply to goods made according to customer
specifications or clearly personalized. All products are manufactured individually based on
customer requirements (e.g. names, images, or special designs). In accordance with Section
18(1)(3) of the Austrian Distance Selling Act (FAGG), withdrawal from the contract and refunds
are excluded.

Complaints

Complaints are accepted exclusively in cases of physical damage to the product caused during transport.
The customer is obliged to inspect the shipment immediately upon receipt and report any damage to the seller without delay.
Complaints regarding damage that was not reported upon receipt of the shipment cannot be accepted.

Storage Conditions and Shelf Life

Store at a temperature of 18–22°C, in a dry place, protected from heat and direct sunlight.

Best before date (MHD): Manually stated on the label.

Note

The stated shelf life applies to the finished product and is determined in accordance with the
manufacturer’s internal procedure. The shelf life of the finished product does not exceed the
shelf life of the raw materials used. The linked documentation refers exclusively to raw materials
(fondant paper and edible inks) supplied by third-party manufacturers and does not constitute a
declaration of the finished product (edible images).
